Why level-check first

The hardest part of speaking practice is not knowing what to practice. A level check gives you a starting picture before you plan.

The loop

1. Confirm your level in Plan
2. Generate an AI draft, then edit goals and difficulty
3. Confirm the plan and practice daily—don’t stay on drafts forever

Avoid

Goals like “get better at speaking” are too wide. Name the scene and deadline.
