Speaking counts effective talk time. Personal accounts split **Points** (purchasable) and **Benefits** (platform grants); “Can still practice” = the sum. See the help center.

The Speaking tab shows points and benefits separately; benefits with sooner expiry are used first. Top-ups and points packs live under Me in the app.
Family / teaching pool
Parents or coaches allocate minutes; children and learners see read-only balances in Me.

Me shows membership, usage, and billing summary; settlement accounts handle payouts/refunds.
